We are looking to purchase an existing office building in Toronto, Canada and convert it into a boutique hotel with 28-30 hotel suites. We have specific requirements that must go into the design of each hotel room.
We have been given the existing floor plans in CAD by the seller. We need to prepare a rough sketch for the proposed hotel design in order to obtain quotes for the renovation and remodelling and tender to bid by 3 general contractors in order to scope out the renovation costs.
Hourly Range: $14.00-$30.00
