Machine learning data scientist needed for classification task - Upwork

I need a classifier: I have a directory of companies that has Company Name, Description, Primary/Secondary Business category. HOWEVER the business categories are not consistent because the list of companies is compiled from multiple sources and use different taxonomies. I would like to classify ~15K listings to our taxonomy. I have a valid source dataset of approximately 10,000 companies that have been correctly classified using our taxonomy and the same data inputs--Company Name, Description and Business Category.

I need a data scientist with machine learning experience to train a classification algorithm on a dataset of about 30,000 rows. The task should be completed in R or Python. Upon completion, the freelancer will need to turn in clean data, predictions, and a version of their code that can be run on new data following the same format. The task will need to be completed within 72 hours of the contract becoming active. Please note that the budget for this task is strict and non-negotiable. Budget: $150
