Project manager for organizing social media from submitted by client to published content - Upwork

We're looking for a project manager / VA that can organize the content creation and publishing aspects of our small media agency.

This involves:

1) Receiving an email that the client has submitted a new video into the google drive.

2) Contacting the video editor and audio editor to begin working on the new content

3) Checking the content for good quality when it's ready

4) Scheduling the content, and notifying the client.

Bonus points if you are familiar with the CRM / software called Go High Level, which is how we organize content for our clients. If you are un-familiar we can train you.

We will pay $20/project. Meaning that every time you receive an email and then complete the project by publishing the finished content, we will pay you $20.

Currently we are doing between 3-5 of these a week so you could earn approximately $240-$400/month.
