Seeking an Illustrator, Cartoonist, or Comics type of artist for small project - Upwork

Seeking an Illustrator, Cartoonist, or Comics type of artist. Level of experience is flexible. Here are the parameters: (1) draw in color, (2) picture of two Warbler birds. One of the birds is an adult female [mother] and the other is her baby boy bird. (3) The scene is up in a tree where the mother is teaching baby boy Warbler bird to fly for the first time. Perhaps the two could be standing high up in a tree on an edge or precipice looking down to the ground. Perhaps they are standing in front of their bird house. (4) The background could be a zoom out of a wooded area in a city neighborhood and showing a sidewalk and some street lights. (5) The sidewalk should show an adult female human and her 6 year old son walking. The 6 year old son should be carrying some books. I have no picture to show you. The only picture is in my head.
