Office assistant for a Business Brokering Agency- Chinese background in Sydney

About the position

* speak English and Mandarin at least professional
* Proven administration experience including filing, answering the phone and directing client enquiries 
* Proven business / commercial experience
* Ability to write articles and blog posts, creating flyers for advertising campaigns
* Passion for administration, sales, marketing and building relationships
* Self-motivated, confident with a burning desire to succeed
* The ability to take on new challenges with vigour and enthusiasm
* Organised, flexible and able to perform ad-hoc office duties for the office.
* Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a dynamic team
* Proven problem-solving ability, and excellent negotiation skills
* Understanding of full suite of office programs with an advanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite. 
* Confident on the phone and ability to interact with our team and clients
* Understanding basic invoicing, etc
* Ability to draft and compile correspondence utilising excellent grammar
* Ability to amend images, photos and experience with social media 
* Attention to detail with the ability to maintain our database. 
* Ability to assist in new broker on-boarding, management & integration
* Streamlining processes, procedures and systems

We envisage the successful candidate to possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as being a highly organised individual who understands the importance of assisting a highly driven sales team. 
In particular your duties will include but not limited to:
* General office administration such as editing PDFs, scanning, research tasks etc
* Review and maintain general inboxes
* Social media posting and account management
* Assist with creating flyers for advertising campaigns
* Daily CRM maintenance
* Maintain and update internal records
* Review our advertising websites
* Some content writing and posting social media posts
* Preparing weekly newsletters
* Prepare and distribute team meeting minutes and agenda’s
* Some finance and Xero Invoicing tasks
* Assist with preparing important sales documents and agreements
* Adhoc admin tasks in word and excel
