Create a new personal website - Upwork

I need a new simple but visually attractive (clean) website that I can personally maintain and update to showcase my 1) published writing and 2) curatorial projects. I own my URL and am web savvy, so I know this isn’t really a big job. I just don’t have the time or headspace to do it. You should have made at least 2 personal websites you can show me live online, and understand the workflow from wireframes to hand-off. I want this to take 30 days or less from project start.
