BI Dashboards - Upwork

I am looking for an analyst who is a google sheets/google data studios expert who can update and maintain our company dashboards and reporting on a weekly basis.

this role will require you to:
1) update our reporting each Sunday in preparation for our company meetings on Monday's (1 hour of work each sunday)

2) understand our critical metrics and analyze the reporting on a weekly basis to identify any outliers
(1 hour of work each sunday)

3) Update and maintain said reporting and dashboards to ensure there is no errors within the reporting and that the dashboards are complete and accurate at all times
(2 - 3 hours of work each week)

4) adjust the formulas in the dashboards/reporting on a quarterly basis.
(extra hours based on needs at the time)

these dashboards represent the critical metrics for each department within our business (sales/marketing, cash, and operations) as such we require a dedicated individual who can consistently work on these dashboards/reports every week - on Sundays and sometimes throughout the week.

This project will also require about 20-30 hours of up front time to gain an understanding of the existing set up and make changes that are currently required to bring these reports up to standard.



Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
