Simple Data Entry Work - Upwork

This is a simple data entry project involving copying data from a website into an excel sheet. The biggest requirement for me is someone who is detailed oriented WITHOUT ANY MISTAKES.

I'm adding the following steps for clarity regarding the scope of this project.

1. Open this link -- https://ift.tt/emZFRS7 -- to see all of the Medicare Home Health Agencies in California.
2. Open each of the company links one by one and add the relevant details in the attached spreadsheet.
3. I have added the details for the very first company in the list, Elite Home Care (https://ift.tt/qEv8BM7) as a sample data entry.
4. Follow the same format for other companies in California. There are a total of 1585 companies in California.
5. Open this link -- https://ift.tt/tC13D2O -- for similar companies in Nevada.
6. Repeat steps 2-4 above for all of the 151 companies in Nevada.

This information will be audited by the legal team of our end customers. So I want no mistakes of any kind whatsoever. I need someone who has a very high level of attention to detail.
