Twilio Flex - Adding Additional Channels - Upwork

Hello,

We are looking for someone that knows how to put together a Twilio Flex omnichannel contact center. The phone and SMS features are pretty straight forward and Twilio does a great job making that "out of the box", but we want additional channels added.

We're looking for the ability to add multiple email accounts (Microsoft 365, Google, and imap), along with Facebook Messenger conversations. We would also like a basic CRM integrated (likely HubSpot)

Hourly Range: $15.00-$25.00
