Looking for Virtual Assistant with digital media & customer management skills - Upwork

Our event agency is based in Sydney and organises large brand activations, Festivals, cinema events all around Australia. We are looking for a long term virtual assistant to join our team and help with daily admin tasks, social media scheduling and posting, customer relationships management.
Missions include:
- Answer the customer enquiries by email while complying with the company's policy.
- Organise newsletters and send customer’s emailing via Constant contact (similar to mailchimp) and schedule posts on Facebook and Insta.
- Organise documents (excel, words,…) to follow up with customers enquires and refunds.
- Answer to customers on social media ( Facebook, Instagram) and do simple update on Wordpress website.
- Help with PA / admin tasks and in the future, answer phone calls.
- Assist with excel document reporting

The successful candidate must have :
- perfect written and spoken English
- know how to use excel suite & Wordpress.
- be highly organised
- be willing to learn new skills and be part of our team.



Hourly Range: $4.00-$7.00
