Electronic design for a wearable tracker - Upwork

we are looking to build a product which will be a wearable tracking device. initially looking for an MVP/prototype that will show the concept works. the requirements are:
1. battery powered and low power operation (ideally a few days of battery life)
2. the shape will be like a circular band (can be changed though) and therefore can use flexible pcbs. initially rigid pcbs can be used MVP but the developer should know how to translate that into a flexible one.
3. the plan is to use the latest cellular tech (NBIOT, LTEM) to save power. the cellular connection will be the primary along with bluetooth.
4. the main metric the tracker will track is the location, therefore GPS has to be there. or if alternate options are possible then gps can be dropped e.g. location via cellular network.
5. optional health metric can be tracked. its optional but we are interested to hear ideas.
6. the use case is outdoor activity and large events. any suggestions to improve the initial concept are welcome.

the deliverable is electronic design and files to produce and assemble the pcbs.
