Web form with price, editable discount, and total - Upwork

This project is to create a calculator sheet based on the example attached. It should allow for custom discount per line item and then at the bottom a total for price, discounts, and total price after discount. This will need to be printed with the ability to color code each section split by: Line items, Columns, and totals line. Header should allow for insertion of an image into the top center. The Form should allow for multiple saves as versions in a web host and allow for each version saved to be custom named.
