Design a tee shirt for a rave - Upwork

My friends are getting married and we will be hosting the after party. We want to design a really fun tee shirt with the theme of Space Cowboys. I have attached an inspo photo. We will also want to incorporate the event location: The Rave Cave @ BCR. Also I'm not sure yet what color we want the tee shirt to be so part of the job is designing the layout and choosing the best color to match.
