General Manager/ Managing Partner - Upwork

Hi there- Welcome, and thanks for checking out my ad.

My name is Jackie. I own a small credit repair business based out of Florida. The business was opened in 2017. The last two years, business has declined significantly due to limited schedule availability.

I do not want to close the business as I have invested a lot and believe it has a real chance of expanding and growing significantly. I have already obtained all required licenses and permits, started building business credit, established  and have the other components set up such as a processing team in place, a virtual assistant and a social media manager.  

Therefore, instead of closing down the business, I am looking for a general manager/ managing partner that can help run the business.

The General Manager/Managing Partner would be accountable for all aspects of the business and its operations, and would be responsible for meeting and exceeding established volume, revenue, and profitability goals by continuously seeking ways to improve the business.

Earning potential is strong for the right candidate. I am looking for a great leader that is willing to build the business and reap the rewards.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the business and its operations
Maximize sales and profitability control expenses, meet budgetary constraints
Ensure business quality.
Manages employee training, scheduling, and labor costs.
Able to personally train, and motivate team members.
Deals directly with all customer concerns, questions, and complaints.
Performs required administrative duties, which includes processing required paperwork for the office and meeting deadlines.
Able to meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals by continuously seeking ways to innovatively improve the business.
Able to attract, recruit, and develop employees.
Ensures compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.

The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing an innovative experience which will compel our guests to become raving fans and create brand loyalty.

Requirements

Management experience is required.
Able to be comfortable being the face of the business, especially on social media
Willingness to work required hours per week including some weekends
Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
Courteous and professional demeanor.

Bilingual Candidate (Spanish and English) preferred as many clients are spanish only speaking
