I need the service of a Google sheet/Excel/Power BI/Tableau expert to build a dashboard and generate a monthly report for an NGO who uses google sheet and Excel sheet to capture weekly attendance data of its members. The current Google sheet has approximately 500 rows and 10 columns and another excel sheet with few columns and rows.

Insights of interest include.
1) How many new members (first timers) joined the NGO for weekly meetings in the reporting month

2) How many members became loyal members (assuming that, first timers who attended weekly meetings more than once are loyal members)

3) Record of Absent members in the reporting period

4) Attendance vs income trend in the reporting period

5) Is/are there any distinct features between loyal members and non-loyal members such as demography etc.
