Position Overview:

Inside Sales Representatives to develop relationships with Small and Medium sized Businesses across North America who are in pursuit of working capital and equipment financing. We have a fully developed database of leads collected and scrubbed over the last 14 years and are constantly improving our efficiencies operationally. We are now offering  opportunities for engaging individuals who are looking to grow within our company and are driven to succeed. part time availability expected with the ability to have a flexible schedule. World class sales support team! We give you the systems to find quick and lasting success.

Responsibilities:

Generate & prospect consistently. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with business owners and team members. Attendance at daily training via online meetings and weekly company meetings (online).

Qualifications:

Outbound phone sales experience is a must (sales, telemarketing & prospecting). Basic-Moderate skills with technology is required. Consistency, energy and collaboration alongside basic organizational skills are the keys to success.

Time management and self-discipline required. We are not looking to micro-manage people.

Coachability is a must. Building a better agent with our dedicated training teams and education modules ensures long term success for our agents and happy clients.

We are a company of closers only. We fully train and continuously support all of our agents.
