Excel Dashboard Budget Project - multiple projects with macros to add information or change views - Upwork

Need excel expert that can help create excel workbook that will contain multiple version of budgets, that can be consolidated into one main overview screen(dashboard - see simple dashboard attached). It should have the ability to input budget amounts based on criteria and start date and auto-populate the attached sample budget template, based on criteria provided in the %cashflow or %cash flow septic tabs (see development budget template). The dashboard should be able to show all projects and anticipated monthly cashflow expenditure, and be able to be manipulated to show detailed project information for a single budget or all budgets together, with information displayed on a monthly basis. It will also need the ability to input historical financials, and adjust the budgets accordingly or allow for increase in total budget amount.
