Rewrite 54 html pages to WP w/ elementor - Upwork

We want to create 54 pages on existing html web pages. We do not want IMPORT of html into wordpress pages but full WP - Elementor created pages.
Pages are:
- all pages at root of https://bit.ly/3QjjtsY excluding homepage
- all files included in korke.com/. All files included in https://bit.ly/3OWZVK1
Model is always the same with same header and footer (that already exist in actual WP /Astra / Elementor theme). Only change to be made to theme is that background header image should be in full size navigator mode.
