C# development to create Windows Sandbox - Upwork

We are looking to make a sandboxing environment (a virtual container) for opening PDF files that arrive in email attachments. The email links/attachments should be opened in a virtual container to separate potentially malicious content from the underlying infrastructure. The program should be integrated seamlessly with the ordinary PDF reader. So that when a PDF is opened in our sandbox, the user does not notice it is opened in a sandbox, the user experiences that the PDF file is opened as usual.
