We're looking for an experienced SEO expert for our recently monetized YouTube channel, optimizing video titles, description, channel page, creating backlinks, etc

Our budget, based on what the market is charging at the moment will be $33 to $45 per video. Our goal will be to post 3 videos a week, 12 videos a month, To add, you'll be paid based on the performance of the video, (revenue shares) fictitious example below:

(Anything after 10,000 views, Team gets 30% of revenue. 500,000 views team gets revenue made from 490,000 views)
