Oil painting from a picture - Upwork

Looking for an oil-on-canvas painting about 35x25 inches representing the attached photograph in the style of abstract impressionism (think Richard Diebenkorn's Buildings — Hill Background 1961, Cityscape I, Interior with a Book). Would be good to work in a male and female silhouettes sitting in chairs looking on the lake (as well as take out the fence). The painting would need to be framed and shipped to Canada. Thank you
