I Need a writer for document analysis of court judgments, possibly using nvivo(not a requirement). - Upwork

Basically, we would like you to do scientific document analysis of the judgment of the court. This will be used as example for seminar so we don’t really care which research question you use as long as it is at least somehow connected to supranationalism vs intergovernmentalism or supranational law etc. We can of course provide you with a research question, however, we feel it might be easier and quicker if you do it yourself with what you are most confident with. It does not really have to be a legal theory or legal research question, since this exercise will be used
The structure should be
1. Introductions (Including research question based on theoretical perspective, which theoretically informed research question that you intend to answer through the text analysis, short analysis of the text in the arguments of all three parties (EU, Poland and Hungary) in order to find codes, categories and themes.
2. A table of codes
3. Results (descriptions of codes, categorizations and themes within the document. The codes you are selections should obviously have meaning to the theoretical perspective you chose.
4. Conclusion (results, how do these answer research question you chose?)


The baseline for the analysis would be European court decision on EC v Poland from 2019
