When a person clicks on the banner it will take them to a page about the importance of requesting your record from a court

And offer a self-help service for $50.

If they click on the link it will take them to a paypal page to pay.

Once they pay they will be forwarded to whatever Loom page/Form Stack page created

Once they complete the form, an automated email will be sent to them with their signed form and instructions where to email the form.

We really haven't done any of it other than create a banner

Other than the form stack stuff, how much of the above do you think you could do for us?
