WHO YOU ARE
Must be english speaking and able to work standard EST/CST hours.
Experience in Shopify Ux/UI development, copywriting and page design is key, but critical thinking on how our users experience our brand and products will put you at the top of our list.
Ambitious self-starter - We’ll provide you with the information you’ll need, but it’s important to be an autonomous problem solver too. Be curious and hungry to learn.
Great communicator. As a remote team, we rely on clear communication to stay on track and do our best work.
Great at time management - You’ll need a well-balanced sense of urgency. We base our success on providing the best possible user experience for our customers and standing out.
Detail-oriented - There are a lot of moving parts to everything we do, and we need you to have attention to detail.
We aren’t interested in the usual job application stuff. We don’t NEED a cover letter, you don’t HAVE to submit a resume. Just link us to something online (it can be Google Drive, Dropbox, your website, whatever) that tells us who you are, what you can do, and what you’re capable of.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll be our go-to Shopify developer for any page development (copywriting, design, and implementation), handle any bug fixes, and constantly implement improvements to our store to provide greater and greater customer experiences.

DAY TO DAY
Communicating & collaborating with our manager to tackle ongoing development projects to improve our Shopify store
Implementing high converting Shopify pages and conversion tactics to increase sales
Foreseeing any problems and being proactive to put out fires before they happen
Getting on calls as needed to discuss any questions you may have

LONG TERM
Long term our positions can develop into flexibility on working on projects you find interesting and valuable to the company. We don't put barriers on people's growth and being able to contribute to our mission.
