Customer Service Representative - Appliance Service - Upwork

Looking for a few experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.  Brand Source Service is one of Colorado's leading appliance service and repair providers working hand in hand with all of the major appliance manufacturer's.

Day to day would include answering calls, creating service tickets, following up with customer support issues, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Project Management
• Schedule & File Organization
• Administration work & transcription
• Customer Service Assistance

Requirements:
• Good computer skills & Type 40wpm
• Customer Service Experience
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a Pre-employment Background Check
