Looking for a part time accountant. Job will be classifying transactions in Quickbooks and providing monthly reports. Will also have to do bank reconciliations. After everything is entered, we need month to date reports and budget vs actual reports.
Accounting will be part time 10-15 hours per week. In addition to that will working as a property manager. This will mostly be making sure tenants are paying rent. Recording the payments and advising if any issues with the tenants that need to be resolved. In addition there may be some additional reporting required.
Hourly Range: $6.00-$12.00
