Content Editor Video & Audio (Real Estate/Airbnb Investing) - Upwork

We need a social media content editor to drive NEW video/audio content views on social media by:

1) Editing new content to create engaging long-form videos or audio for posting on social media
2) Repurposing existing content to create engaging short-form content for posting on social media

You'll be expected to:
- Create at least 21 short-form (20-50 second) engaging videos ("shorts" / "reels" etc) per month from existing educational videos (we'll give you some examples)
- Create at least 5 high quality audio files from existing videos for podcasts, trimming out a few irrelevant parts that we describe
- Post a brief end-of-the-week update and check in at least once per week via Zoom where we'll provide any guidance and answer any questions you may have. We want you to succeed in this role!

What we need:
- An expert in short-form video editing for social media that drives views
- Someone with an extremely high understanding of English, and preferably a desire to learn about real estate or Airbnbs because you'll be watching the videos to remove certain parts before finalizing

There is a base hourly pay plus healthy bonuses when you hit certain view counts with videos.

To be considered, we'd love it if you did two things. First, attention to detail is crucial. Put the phrase 'short term rental' at the end of your pitch.

Please link to some existing social media video content. Bonus points for podcast editing links as well.

The videos will be all about real estate investing and Airbnbs.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$18.00
